SUPPLEMENTS AND BOOKING FEE
• Energy (oil and electric): £15 per week June – August. All other times £35 per week
• Dogs (Maximum of two): First dog FREE, Second dog £15 per week
• Booking Fee: £27 (some bookings may be exempt, please ring for exemption terms)

Winter Short Breaks (WSB)
• Maximum stay of four nights- can be extended by arrangement (subject to availability)
• WSB’s are at a fixed rental fee of £322 plus booking fee, plus pro-rata supplements
• Available from 1st November to mid March, excluding Christmas, New Year and February Half Term weeks

| Pet Owners please note: although dogs are welcome in 2010 restrictions do apply: | |
access is permitted to the hallway and kitchen only we reserve the right to decline certain breeds we are unable to welcome young untrained dogs unless they are kept safe in a cage we kindly request that pets should not be left alone in the property extra care should be taken when cleaning the hallway and kitchen floor areas prior to departure it is essential the garden is checked prior to departure
